Welcome to our Summer Holiday club information page where you will find the booking forms for existing term time members and a link for Parents and Children looking to use Little Villagers for the first time.

Little Villagers enjoy a varied time table throughout all our Holiday clubs and we encourage the children who attend Little Villagers to help us plan the days. The activity planner are been made up from all the children's suggestions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT BY SUBMITTING YOUR BOOKING FORM YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEREFORE IF ONE MONTHS NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN FOR A CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS THEN YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ORGINIAL BOOKING.

Bookings for our Summer holiday club are now open. Priority places go to Livingston Village Primary Pupils only.
We have a strict closing date of Friday 7th June at 9am. Please note that the Activities will be weather dependent, please ensure you look at daily activities and ensure your child is equipped for these activities, the activities have been put together with the Children. Please note that the activities are subject to change with the weather.

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNLESS WE HAVE A HIGH DEMAND FOR OUR HOLIDAY CLUBS, WE MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO OPERATE, THIS WILL BE NUMBER DEPENDANT. THIS LINK IS TO GATHER FIGURES SO WE CAN NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF WE ARE OPEN OR NOT.

We ask for the forms back early to allow us to plan staff to child ratios

Late forms will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances; if the ratios allow and there is a space in the club.
You can apply to use the holiday club even if you do not use the term time club - places will be given if there are spaces however priority goes to our term time members.
